He is a senior investment banker with over 16 years of experience working for multilateral finance institutions and commercial banks in Africa.
During his career he held various senior investment banking positions at Afreximbank, East African Development Bank and Kenya Commercial Bank-Banque Populaire du Rwanda. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA (USA) and a Masters in Business Administration – Finance from DeVry University, Philadelphia, PA (USA).

Charles is a strategy and finance expert who has offered advisory services over the last 15 years spanning equity valuation, debt valuation, financial planning, budgeting, capital structure of organizations, financial distress and corporate failure and financial reporting assistance to clients across different sectors in the East Africa Region.
Charles holds BSC in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (UK) and a MBA in Finance and Project Management from Africa Nazarene University (Kenya). He is also having Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) certificate.
